This role oversees the entire business process transition within the company, ensuring smooth and effective implementation while aligning with organizational goals. Your main tasks will be:

• Planning and coordinate the overall transition plan
• Overseeing day-to-day performance management and delivering the receiving side of scope expansion
• Mapping SLAs, developing roadmaps for the migration
• Knowledge transfer and change management tasks etc.

We need you, if you have:

• PM experience (planning, execution, communication etc.), business process management experience
• experience in process transition and change management
• strong communication skills, Fluent English
• ERP system knowledge (SAP) and Tableau
