IT Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Project planning & stewardship

o Manage & steward project track work plan

o Manage project track resource plan

o Manage business resource plan (full time and part-time business SMEs integrated to project delivery teams)

o Maintain implementation plans

o Coordinate sprint plans & playbacks

o Ensure test cases are being prepared during build period

o Compile project track status updates for stakeholder reviews

o Teamwork management & facilitation of ceremonies

o ADO guidance & support

- ADO data quality and ADO hygiene

- Sprint/PI progress reporting

• Business integration

o Management of project integration items – design and build items that require more than a single project team or track

o Coordinate integration points with co-dependent projects

o Ensure test cases/systems/data readiness

• Technical integration

o Coordinate with SoD

o Ensure technical controls are in place

o Manage project documentation

o Provide technical environment and transport coordination (DEV>QA1/2>PRD)

o Technical alignment with co-dependent projects

Required Technical Skills:

• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in Project Management/Track Lead area

• Bachelor’s degree

• Fluent English written and verbal skills

• ADO (or similar Agile tool) knowledge

• Microsoft Office

• Coordination and communication skills

Desired Skills/Knowledge:

• Supply/Marine Demurrage/Claim handling expertise
