Job Description:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat
- Troubleshooting issues and resolving customer complaints effectively
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

- Identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer support software
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed
