In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders, shipments — working closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate shipments, solve problems, and deliver exceptional service.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage logistics related to the processing of customer orders
- Coordinate with sales, dispatch, customer service, warehouse, and shipping/receiving teams
- Respond to customer inquiries and investigate service-related complaints
- Input, update, and consolidate ETA/shipping data and share with relevant business units
- Analyze load information to determine optimal routes, rates, and schedules
- Align shipment schedules with vendors
- Serve as a contact point for government officers regarding logistics matters
What You Bring:
- Fluent French and English – both are essential for this role
- 1-5 years of relevant experience
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service mindset
- Strong communication skills across various stakeholders
- Logical thinking skills for logistics process improvement
- Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools
