As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team.
As a key point of contact between customers and terminals, you will be responsible for supporting pick-up customers and drivers, resolving loading or supply-related issues, and ensuring seamless communication and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main interface for customer and driver inquiries via phone and email
- Address and resolve loading authorization issues or escalate as necessary
- Communicate supply shortages or disruptions, and assist in managing volume reallocations
- Validate and process requests for additional volumes
- Update and adjust credit enforcement information as instructed
- Monitor Master Data integration issues between SAP and TABS, and escalate as needed
- Generate reports and conduct data analysis for continuous process improvement
- Ensure compliance with internal controls during operational execution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
- 0–3 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Fluent in French (written and spoken)
- Strong command of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong numerical and data handling skills
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts (morning, regular, evening)
- Willingness to work on-call on weekends and nights (occasionally)
