We are looking for a Supply Chain Process Specialist to our multinational partner located in Budapest. In this position you will help define, document and drive standard logistics processes to support global logistics teams. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the company’s logistics operations are effectively documented and optimized for efficiency and compliance. 

Responsibilities:

• Define, develop and manage logistics process documentation, including procedures, workflows, guidelines, and best practices
• Collaborate with logistics operations teams and other supply chain functions (planning, procurement, manufacturing, and customer)
• Assist in planning or providing training programs
• Organize and store process documents in a way that is easily accessible for a global audience
• Ensure documents are maintained by driving a regular review and approval process with stakeholders

What makes you the best candidate:

• At least 3 years of experience in supply chain/logistics
• Bachelor degree in business administration/supply chain management
• Work experience in the SSC sector is a plus
• Fluent English skills
• Strong MS Office knowledge
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills
• Process oriented, structured approach
• Collaborative skills
• Ability to travel
