Ready to take your accounting career to the next level? We are looking for a new colleague for our international client's corporate accounting department in Budapest (part-time, 30 hours per week, is also an option). What will your tasks be? Let us show you!

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring financial statements comply with regulations
• Preparing reconciliations between statutory, tax, and US-GAAP for the EMEA region
• Verifying financial statements and tax-related data
• Monitoring deadlines for data submissions
• Supporting audit processes
• Handling tasks related to tax return preparation

We are looking for you if:

• You have at least 4 years of experience in accounting at international, larger companies (not necessarily only SSCs)
• You speak English well, as you will work daily with foreign colleagues and the working language will be English
• You have some knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS
• It is very important that you are motivated and can absolutely convince us of this

What can our client offer?

• You can join them part-time, 30 hours per week, but the full-time option is also available
• We would like 2-3 days of office presence per week, but if you can come in a bit less, feel free to apply, as we will see what we can agree on if your profile is suitable!
• Overtime is not typical in this department, as they do not deal with closures, making planning much easier
