We are looking for a Service Delivery Specialist who is experienced in Supply Chain/Service Delivery/Logistics field for our multinational partner with an information technology
background.
Responsibilities:
- Depending on assignment needs, several roles can be carried by the employee simultaneously
- Ensure the availability of spare parts for EMEA customers
- Ensure the availability to products at EMEA level at best cost conditions
- Provide visibility on stock and customer order availability
- Act as first level escalation point for internal and external customers
- Manage the implementation of new services
- Monitore the continuous performance of the existing partners
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain/ order management/ order-to-cash/ product delivery field
- SAP knowledge in an advantage
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
