Key Responsibilities:

·      Oversee and prioritize the HR IT roadmap, ensuring a balance between financial constraints and benefits.

·      Direct and manage various HR digitalization initiatives in collaboration with global and European HR and IT teams.

·      Drive the enhancement of our technology landscape, with a focus on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, SuccessFactors Employee Central,

·      Coordinate efforts with IT departments, external IT providers, HR Business Process Analysts, and senior HR leadership.

·      Aim for continuous improvement and harmonization of HR processes and data.

Your Profile:

·      Extensive background in HR and/or HR IT, preferably in an international context.

·      Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities.

·      Proficient in ServiceNow, SuccessFactors,

·      Fluent in English; German at intermediate level

·      Degree in economics, psychology, social sciences, or a related field.

·      Strategic thinker with a focus on process optimization.

·      Comfortable in dynamic settings and willing to travel within Europe.
