We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Sales Operations Advisor to join our client's team. This role focuses on sales support rather than direct sales and involves managing transaction processes, data entry using SAP, recording pricing and contractual information, and problem-solving. The position will support markets in the UK, France, and Norway, providing advice to contract partners and power users.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of new business with customers (preparing negotiations, creating contracts, and system setups).
  • Enter transaction and pricing data into the SAP system and resolve related issues.
  • Administer customer contracts, ensuring compliance.
  • Utilize the issue-tracking system to resolve problems related to contracts and transactions.
  • Train and support power users and contract partners.
  • Analyze market and customer data, preparing reports for the sales leadership team.
  • Implement new processes and efficiency improvement measures.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, or a related field (BSc/MSc).
  • Experience: 5-6 years in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Excel, fluent in English (C1).
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, independent, precise, flexible in a fast-paced environment.
