Our multinational partner is a global leader in the energy industry, dedicated to providing safe and sustainable energy solutions. As a key member of the Global Business Solutions organization, The Financial Close, Consolidation and External Reporting Department provides financial services for more than 200 affiliates in the EMEA region. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Record to Report Analyst to join our finance department.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
  • Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentations, and ad hoc analysis for management and stakeholders.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the record to report cycle.


Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3-4 years of experience in financial statement reporting and preparing accounting journals.
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • CPA (certified Public Accounting) or relevant certifications are a plus.
