We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with German and English skills for our multinational partner's team in Budapest. If you have experience in E2E recruitment, then we are looking for you.

As an experienced Recruiter you will be responsible for:

• Recruiting and supporting open requisitions (reviewing resumes, sourcing and screening candidates, etc.)
• Working together with HMs and coaching them in providing feedback to candidates, developing offers etc.)
• Maintaining ATSs
• Contributing to the development of recruitment process improvements
• Mentoring junior colleagues if needed

We are looking for you if you have:

• Strong German and English skills both written and oral
• Experience in e2e recruitment (if you know the German-speaking markets as well, then this would be a huge plus)
• Excellent communication, teamwork and collaboration skills
• Strong customer centricity and problem-solving skills
