About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join a dynamic finance team in a multinational environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the financial statements, audit support, process improvements and tax collaborations.

The position offers a hybrid working model with 3-4 home office days per week, ensuring flexibility and a healthy work–life balance.

Your key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for external auditors, coordinating activities across business units, shared service centers, and retained finance teams.
• Preparation of financial statements for various entities
• Improve cost-effectiveness in statutory reporting and audit processes by optimizing systems and automation
• Ensure timely delivery of audit documentation and respond effectively to inquiries and findings
• Assist the Tax team with corporate tax calculations and related tasks
• Provide confirmations of intercompany balances to meet audit requirements abroad
• Support various finance-related projects

What we expect
