As a Senior CSR, you’ll act as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email and online channels. You'll play a key role in resolving complex customer issues, onboarding new accounts, managing data, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle daily customer service tasks, ensuring quality and service level compliance
- Respond to and resolve inquiries from key customers, internal business units, and third parties
- Support account set-up, credit checks, and documentation processes
- Use systems like Salesforce, SAP, and internal platforms to track and manage customer requests
- Assist with card orders, renewals, and data updates
- Participate in complaint management and identify root causes
- Collaborate with other teams (MDM, Credit, Collections, etc.) to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Contribute to automation and simplification initiatives
- Mentor new joiners and support team leads with ad-hoc requests
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based or key account environment
- Fluent English (C1) in reading, writing, and speaking
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, MS Office is required
- Advantageous: experience with CRM/MDG/DocuSign/Appian systems
