About the Position: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, implementing sales strategies, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will be a key player in driving the company's growth by offering premium solutions that meet the specific needs of their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing and continuously improving the sales strategy.
- Monitoring market trends, competitors, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieving sales targets and closely tracking performance metrics.
- Supporting the introduction of new products and services to the market.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in the belting or related industries is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
