Their products play a critical role in optimizing production lines and material handling processes across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and mining.


About the Position: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, implementing sales strategies, and building long-term relationships with clients. You will be a key player in driving the company's growth by offering premium solutions that meet the specific needs of their clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Implementing and continuously improving the sales strategy.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitors, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
  • Achieving sales targets and closely tracking performance metrics.
  • Supporting the introduction of new products and services to the market.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in the belting or related industries is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
