We are looking for a PTP Team Leader for our prestigious multinational partner.


If you have at least 4-5 years of experience in AP/PTP accounting, have managed a team/project and are looking for the next step in your career, this could be a great opportunity for you.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead an AP accounting team of 10
  • Provide encouragement to team members, communicates company goals, processes, practices, and deadlines to them
  • Motivate team members and assess performance
  • Participate in hiring processes and new team member trainings
  •  Delegate tasks and communicate deadlines and service level goals to team members
  • Monitor team performance and report on the KPIs
  • Establish and maintain the month end closing controls and reconciliation tasks


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or economics
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in AP/PTP accounting
  • Team or project leader experience in accounting field
  • Proficiency in English
  • IFRS knowledge would be a plus
  • Strong problem solving, motivational and people management skills
