We are looking for a PTP Team Leader for our prestigious multinational partner.
If you have at least 4-5 years of experience in AP/PTP accounting, have managed a team/project and are looking for the next step in your career, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead an AP accounting team of 10
- Provide encouragement to team members, communicates company goals, processes, practices, and deadlines to them
- Motivate team members and assess performance
- Participate in hiring processes and new team member trainings
- Delegate tasks and communicate deadlines and service level goals to team members
- Monitor team performance and report on the KPIs
- Establish and maintain the month end closing controls and reconciliation tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or economics
- At least 4-5 years of experience in AP/PTP accounting
- Team or project leader experience in accounting field
- Proficiency in English
- IFRS knowledge would be a plus
- Strong problem solving, motivational and people management skills
