Our partner, who is a leading company in the lighting industry with over 100 years of experience is looking for a Product Data Specialist.Their main activities include the development and distribution of consumer, professional, and architectural lighting solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Product Data Management: Collaborate with system providers to ensure robust PDM solutions.
• Rule Specification: Monitor and verify naming conventions, structural logic, and data consistency.
• Interface Maintenance: Maintain interfaces for web, ETIM, GS1, and other databases.
• Department Support: Assist other departments with data management activities, exception handling, data correction, and new feature implementation.
• PIM System Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the PIM system and processes.
• User Collaboration: Keep all contact data up-to-date through user collaboration.
• Reporting: Understand the Birst BI tool and existing datasets to generate reports for new business needs.
• System Administration: Maintain permissions, create and delete users in PIM and ECM systems.
• System Development: Report and manage issues and system errors, actively participate in bug fixes.
• Database and Application Management: Maintain document and folder structure in Alfresco ECM system, support user requests, and report system errors.

Requirements:

• Ideally, 3-7 years of experience as a Product Data Specialist
• Confidently use BI and Microsoft Office tools, such as Birst, Excel, ERP/MRP systems for data management.
• English proficiency at C1 or C2 level.
• Excellent IT skills are essential.
• HNC (Higher National Certificate) or university-level degree.
• Knowledge of Hybris and Alfresco systems is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
