Our multinational Client has grown up from a family-owned French company. They provide customized logistic services for their Partners. The Hungarian subsidiary started growing and now they are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their still small team to serve complex business needs as:

Logistics Administrator

 

Main responsibilities:

In this position, your responsibility will be to provide administrative support for the logistic coordinators. This would include data updating of the shipments, keeping contact with partners and preparing shipping documents. You also would be involved in the planning, tracking plus the organization of shipments and in the coordination between logistic staff (e.g. truck drivers and airport crew).

Requirements:

  • Experience in the field of logistics or similar is an advantage (0.5-2 year of experience) however, fresh graduates are also welcome
  • At least intermediate oral and written English
  • Hungarian knowledge is a must  
  • At least high school certification
