Responsibilities:
· checking the freight invoices before departure, updating them if necessary
· Attach summaries and transport documents if missing
· Follow-up of missing shipping forms with partners
· Updating the maritime database in case of missing or incorrect data
· Follow up urgent or recurring requests, problems
· Follow up on obtaining documents where necessary, e.g. loading documents
Requirements
· Fluent English written and spoken skills are required
· 1-2 years’ experience in logistics (any kind)
· Organised, able to meet tight deadlines
· Attention to detail
· Handle multi tasks and able to prioritize
· Takes initiative to suggest improvements to inefficient processes
· Clear written and oral communication
· Assertive; willing to speak up if needed
