🏢 About the Company Our client is a global company with a strong presence across Europe, known for its commitment to operational excellence. Their new Budapest hub will serve as a key center for regional supply chain operations, providing centralized support for multiple countries grouped by language clusters. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join their international team and support the supply chain operations in a dynamic business environment.

We’re hiring an Italian speaking Supply Chain Specialist to act as the primary interface for assigned countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Single point of contact for regional supply chain operations
• Oversee forecasting, stock levels, and vendor coordination
• Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and manage escalations
• Control transportation/warehousing costs and validate invoices
• Drive automation, lean initiatives, and process alignment

Requirements

• 3+ years in supply chain, vendor management, or logistics field
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English + Italian
• Advanced Excel and ERP (SAP preferred), strong stakeholder management
