On behalf of our well-known international humanitarian organization partner we are currently looking for an

(Microsoft) Infrastructure and Security Team Leader to join their site in Budapest.

The job purpose is to: 

•      Lead, manage and coach the Infrastructure support and Security Operation unit, lead and mentor the staff and external consultants

•      Deliver high-quality IT infrastructure support and Informational Security services in the Microsoft ecosystem;

•      Guarantee data and information security, availability, and integrity through strong operational competencies using the ITIL and other applicable frameworks.

•      Participate in the design and implementation of global information security programs,

•      Participate in implementation of projects affecting the Infrastructure and CyberSecurtiy domains.

•      Coordinate the team resources and focus on appropriate incident/service request allocation

•      Provide expert advice and support to the Chief Information Security Officer

•      Manage the vendors performance and Service Level Agreements with agreed controls,

The ideal candidate has:

•      Engineering degree in computer sciences discipline or equivalent experience

•      ITIL certification or equivalent experience and proven track record of ITIL procedures use in an enterprise environment

•      Preferably Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate or Engineer (MCSA/MCSE) – Server and Cloud Infrastructure

•      Information Systems Security certificate or willingness to acquire those deemed necessary

•      Excellent knowledge and proven experience in Windows Server, Active Directory

•      7+ years of professional experience gained at big organizations, companies

•      Proficient English language knowledge

•      Knowledge on network concepts, protocols and hybrid cloud infrasturctures

•      Has experience in coordinating or supervising teams, collegues
