Our multinational partner with an information technology background is expanding its team with an Indirect Service Operations Specialist . In this role you will work with customer contacts, 3rd party partners to execute defined services.
You will be responsible for:
- Develop and implement the indirect service delivery strategy for EMEA.
- Design and implement new indirect service contracts.
- Engage in project teams to understand customer requirements and industry trends.
- Review vendor performance and develop strategies to improve relationships.
- Collaborate with Country Service Managers and EMEA Operations to document and implement operational practices.
- Track and report key performance indicators for EMEA operations.
- Coordinate and monitor the delivery of all indirect service contracts.
- Develop cost models for indirect services with the Finance team.
- Participate in logistics reviews focused on performance and costs.
- Communicate on spare parts-related topics.
- Implement spare parts logistics changes with EMEA Indirect Service Providers.
- Initiate cost savings measures and track savings opportunities.
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- Proficient with SAP, Excel, PBI, CRM systems.
- Extensive experience with internal and external customers, including executives.
- Skilled in delivering operations through technology solutions.
- Experience with tri-party contracts and service companies.
- Strong background in business analysis and major project management.
