Our partner is one of the world’s largest humanitarian organizations that helps people in difficult situations. They are looking for an enthusiastic HR and Payroll Adminitrator to help the Hungarian organization in administrative and operative support.
In this role you will:
- Participate in all HR related administration, such as leaves, contracts, positions and other employee documentation
- Manage the regular payroll process, support the external payroll provider with data and administration
- Support Cafeteria system and manage other benefits
- Support the on- and offboarding of employees
- Maintain employee personnel files and labor documentation
- Cooperating with the local HR team, supporting HR projects when necessary
You are the perfect fit if you have the following skills and experience:
- Completed studies with a focus on Human Resources
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR Administration or related roles
- Strong knowledge of Hungarian labour law and payroll related regulations
- Fluency in English and Hungarian
