As an HR Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Participate in the transistion of HR processes
- Support the day-to-day HR administration process throughout the entire employee life cycle
- Collaborate with local HR and Learning Partner to organize and facilitate learning activities and training sessions
- Provide ongoing support to employees, in contract preparation, onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining records
- Manage and maintain employee data
- Contribute to internal HR projects, including transition, harmonization, and best practice sharing,
You are the perfect fit if you have the following skills and experience:
- 2+ years of experience in HR (preferably in HR Adminsitration or as a Generalist)
- High level in English and French languages
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused attitude,
