Your tasks will be:
- You will be the primary contact for the Customers
- Support Customers and process their complaints
- Managing orders
- Customer data maintenance, creating and maintaining customer accounts
- Assess individual customer requirements
- Deal with customer inquiries and order-related issues
- Maintain customer service reports
