We are looking for our multinational client an experienced GL Accountant to join their finance department in Budapest. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic company where you can leverage your expertise in end to end accounting!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end-to-end GL accounting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, etc.
• Participate in closing process (monthly, quarterly, yearly),
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Support audit processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes
• Participate in closing process (monthly, quarterly, yearly),
• Contact with auditors, tax consultants
• Data providing (Auditors, Statistic Office)
• Responsible for USGAAP rules

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in GL accounting, preferably in a multinational company
• Audit support related experience
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end accounting processes
• Familiarity with US GAAP
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
