• Monitor and manage the activity and performance of outsourced Contact Center Operations and service costs.
• Act as the interface between the company and the partner for technical, process, systems, and financial matters.
• Manage the implementation of new services or processes and continuously improve customer experience.
• Validate resource requirements, manage operational costs, and track payments.
• Establish effective working relationships with country management and contribute to teamwork in the EMEA Region.
• Initiate or coordinate contact center projects, focusing on end-to-end customer satisfaction and processes.

Requirements:

• At least 1 years of relevant working experience
• Fluent German and English knowledge
