Location: Budapest – Hybrid model: 3 days/week in the office

Region: EMEA (focus on the French market)

Languages: French & English

Team: Payroll Finance Shared Services

 

What You'll Do

 

  • Manage payroll operations for multiple EMEA countries – with a key focus on France
  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth, accurate payroll cycles
  • Perform audits, validations, and continuous process improvements
  • Handle payroll data preparation, reporting, and compliance-related tasks

  

What You Bring

 

  • Fluent French and English
  • 3–8 years of hands-on experience in multi-country payroll
  • Experience with tools like ADP (Global View / Celergo), SAP, SuccessFactors
  • A detail-oriented, proactive mindset with a passion for international collaboration
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
