What You'll Do
- Manage payroll operations for multiple EMEA countries – with a key focus on France
- Collaborate with 3rd party vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth, accurate payroll cycles
- Perform audits, validations, and continuous process improvements
- Handle payroll data preparation, reporting, and compliance-related tasks
What You Bring
- Fluent French and English
- 3–8 years of hands-on experience in multi-country payroll
- Experience with tools like ADP (Global View / Celergo), SAP, SuccessFactors
- A detail-oriented, proactive mindset with a passion for international collaboration
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
