Our international partner is looking for a French Speaking Financial Specialist to join their Budapest office and support finance and accounting operations across the EMEA region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day finance operations for EMEA entities
- Manage vendor invoices: coding, processing, and uploading
- Resolve invoice and payment issues with external partners
- Initiate manual payments in line with company policies
- Assist employees with invoice, expense, and spending-related queries
- Submit billing requests through internal systems
- Contribute to month-end closing processes
- Help prepare financial reports and audit documentation
- Participate in internal control and compliance activities (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley)
- Support process improvement initiatives within the finance team
- Handle various finance-related administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Fluent English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, international environment
- Good communication and collaboration skills
