If you have 1–2 years of experience in accounting, speak fluent French and English, and are looking for a new challenge, this opportunity is for you.


Our international partner is looking for a French Speaking Financial Specialist to join their Budapest office and support finance and accounting operations across the EMEA region.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day finance operations for EMEA entities
  • Manage vendor invoices: coding, processing, and uploading
  • Resolve invoice and payment issues with external partners
  • Initiate manual payments in line with company policies
  • Assist employees with invoice, expense, and spending-related queries
  • Submit billing requests through internal systems
  • Contribute to month-end closing processes
  • Help prepare financial reports and audit documentation
  • Participate in internal control and compliance activities (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley)
  • Support process improvement initiatives within the finance team
  • Handle various finance-related administrative tasks as needed


Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Fluent English and French
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
