Our client is seeking an experienced HR administrator to join their team - with remote opportunity. This role involves shaping and enhancing HR processes.
In this role you will responsible for:
- Manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate employee data and ensure compliance.
- Resolve employee inquiries and operational issues.
- Drive process improvements and provide training.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in English and French.
- Degree in Business Administration or related field, ideally with HR focus.
- Over 2 years of experience in HR.
- Must have a residential address in Hungary.
