Our multinational company in pharmaceuticals sector is looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis Team Leader.

In this position you will lead a small team of Finance Analysts to ensure accurate and timely financial planning and analysis.

As an FP&A Team Leeader, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Mentor, manage, train and support your team members
• Oversee the accuracy and integrity of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts, fostering a culture of innovation
• Collaborate closely with other departments to manage UK Indirect Overhead cost centres, involving analysis, month end activities and reporting

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English
• General understanding of finance processes and standards
• 2-3 years of experience in financial planning and forecasting
• Experience in leading small teams
• Ability to effectively communicate with finance and non-finance stakeholders
• University degree in Finance
• Strong IFRS/ US GAAP knowledge
• The ability to travel international 1-4 times per year (if required)
