We are looking for a Structure Financing Specialist for our real estate-focused partner who also operates in international markets. The new team member's responsibilities will primarily be related to international projects, handling financing matters connected to the company's foreign projects. Due to the nature of these tasks, relevant experience in lending and structured finance is essential, along with an active proficiency in English.

The position offers the opportunity to take on a wide range of professional tasks and implement independent ideas. The role belongs to a currently smaller team, providing a direct and close relationship with the management.

What tasks can you expect: 

• Maintaining existing financial structures and, where appropriate, reviewing them
• Writing loan requests, managing the loan contracting process
• Liaising with Hungarian and international banks and with partner departments in connection with transactions
• Monitoring the loan portfolio 
• Participate in the preparation of new transactions, support business planning processes 
• Providing bank data, preparing reports for management 

What is needed to apply for the position:

• Relevant higher education degree (preferably in finance or accounting)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and tasks
• Active, proficient English language skills
• Financing experience in the real estate sector
• Proactive attitude and ownership mindset
