Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming written and phone inquiries from external and internal customers in a timely, professional manner
  • Execute daily operational tasks to meet customer expectations and service levels
  • Support business areas including Sales, Pricing, Logistics, and Finance
  • Perform end-to-end customer data management, order handling, billing support, and issue resolution
  • Assist with credit/debit notes, pricing or rebate setup, and portal support
  • Log, assign, and track customer cases in internal systems
  • Contribute to risk mitigation and ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication
  • Cooperate closely with other departments and provide reporting when needed
  • Identify process gaps and proactively recommend improvements

 

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a phone-based or administrative role
  • Strong German language skills (minimum B2-C1), both written and spoken
  • Conversational English (B2 level or above)
  • Good understanding of customer needs and behaviour
  • Solid time management and problem-solving skills
  • Experience using SAP, Excel, or Siebel is a strong advantage
