Customer teams are dealing with sales support processes, account management, order taking, invoicing, cash collection, pricing, service request management and supply chain management activities.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and demonstrate proficiency in English.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Accurately read and correct invoices to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
- Exhibit high proficiency in Excel
- Efficiently navigate and utilize applications such as SAP, Word, Excel, and PowerBI
- Apply your knowledge of PowerBI to generate and analyze business reports
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes
- Train and mentor team members, sharing knowledge and best practices
- Utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of system issues
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization and across business functions
What You will need to be successful:
- Proficiency in English language (above C1 level)
- Have a deep understanding of Excel and macros (will be tested)
- Relevant customer service experience in a telephone environment and/or Business Service Center environment Experience in using SAP and/or Salesforce and MS Office application would be an advantage
- Stakeholder management skills
- Excellent written/oral communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships
- Understand complexities of the shipping, Marine and Energy market, have a deep understanding of the Customer Service processes
