Our international client has reached a significant milestone in a project and is expanding their team by seeking a new colleague for their Credit and Collection Project Management team. This could be an exciting opportunity for you if you have experience in process improvement, system implementation, and are familiar with credit and collection processes.

But what will be your key responsibilities?

• Act as an intermediary between the business and the project team to support this project.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Deployment Team, IT teams, and RSS Operations colleagues affected by the different phases of the Program.
• Gain an understanding of current processes and localizations in the credit and collection area.
• Participate in fit-to-template sessions.
• Provide support to other departments and team members, and deliver end-user training.

We are looking for you if:

•  You have experience in process improvement and system implementation.
• You are familiar with the credit and collection area, particularly with project management tasks.
• You have knowledge of SAP.
• You work well in an international environment and can collaborate effectively with other departments.
•  You are comfortable conducting training sessions and providing technical support to colleagues.
• You speak English fluently.
