Join their Global Projects Contracting team—a dynamic, diverse group delivering major capital projects across various business lines. We seek experienced professionals to lead contracting strategies, develop and administer contracts throughout the project lifecycle, and collaborate with senior Project Management teams during the Select, Define, and Execute stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop contracting strategies, including Work Breakdown Structures and Contracting Plans for construction projects

• Leverage market intelligence and past project insights to optimize contracting approaches

• Guide contractor screening, bid development, evaluation, and selection processes

• Lead the contract development process and participate in commercial evaluations as part of the Bid Review Team

• Oversee internal and external kick-off meetings to ensure clear understanding of contract terms, deliverables, and change order processes

• Ensure all contractual documents and deliverables are complete, accurate, and aligned with project requirements

• Manage contract close-out activities and maintain standard templates and digital contracting environments

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or Engineering

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in legal, project management, or construction roles with contract development expertise

• Excellent English communication skills

• Proactive, self-initiated, and adept at collaborating in a fast-paced, global environment

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

• Willingness to travel globally if needed (for weeks or months)
