Our client is a well - known company in tourism and is currently looking for a CHIEF ACCOUNTANT for the following tasks:

• Leading a team of 5 accountants
• Be responsible for the complete accounting of the company
• Annual closing, conduct audits
• Preparation of monthly VAT statements, responsibility for other tax returns and tax settlements
• Reconciliation of accounts, control of accounting and resolution of discrepancies
• Reporting, preparing of financial analyses and statistics, cooperation with controlling
• Support decision making
• Monitoring legislative changes
• Managing internal directives
• Report to the CFO in Prague

Requirements:

• Degree in economics
• Chartered Accountant registration
• Relevant work experience
• Fluent Business English, German is an advantage
• SAP knowledge, exposure
• IFRS knowledge is also an advantage
