The Subject Matter Experts is responsible for providing specific business/geography knowledge and helping develop the content for different topics in Business Transformation and Business Change (All the business aspects not in scope for Solution Delivery – Design, Build, Test)
Responsibilities:
· Help identify & be a champion for the C&B processes in the local business;
· Support the identification of final users and training requirements
· Input and review of course design and materials and, facilitate the scheduling of trainings
· Support the Business Change to complete role mapping of end users.
· Help identify resources for UAT – user acceptance testing - activities (to execute tests and report issues);
· Agree on the scope and sign-off the UAT (in case 100% of tests are successfully completed).
· Input the information about the current operating model (as-is for C&B in the different business/geographies);
· Contribute to the design of a Target Operating Model proposal (Including Organisation and People, Business Processes and Services, Location and, Service Management and Governance).
· Contribute to the design of a Bank Relationship Framework in line with the TOM and external parties (I.e.: Banks).
· Define and validate with the C&B Programme team the required KPIs to monitor:
1) Solution Implementation
2) Operational Performance
· Working with the data management team in data cleansing and transformation activities
· Provide inputs for the Business cutover plan and Go-Live readiness assessment;
· Agree on the critical processes that will require BCP and help identify impacted stakeholders
