We are searching for a Accounting Team Leader for our client’s team in Budapest, to join our international business services hub and drive performance, innovation, and collaboration across our accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating a team of finance professionals
• Monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement
• Supporting month-end closings, reconciliations, and complex accounting tasks
• Onboarding and training new team members
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Contributing to process design and implementation of new systems

Requirements:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Proven leadership experience in a finance or accounting environment
• Strong knowledge of technical accounting; IFRS is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• A proactive mindset with problem-solving and motivational skills
