Sales Lead Generation Specialist – Polish speaker


Role Summary/Purpose

The Demand Generation Specialist is part of the EMEA Virtual Sales team and responsible for a certain geographical and language territory.

He/she builds and maintains excellent relationship with customers while providing complex product solutions in the field of medical technology, through 2 main activities:

-       Inbound (e.g. following up contacts received from various marketing channels)

-       Outbound (e.g. pro-active outreach of customers via phone, Email or Social Media channels)

The Demand Generation Specialist will be partnering with stakeholders in Sales (exchanging on best customer experience and journey, opportunity hand-over for further qualification and closing deal), Marketing (e.g. campaign set-up, customer journey definition) and MarCom (e.g. for Digital Campaigns, platforms, marketing assets).

The role is reporting to the Demand Generation Virtual Sales Leader EMEA.

 

Essential Responsibilities

  • Initiate, build and maintain relationships with customers by providing the right content at the right time through the right channel (via phone, email and others) for best customer experience
  • Promote the healthcare products and services
  • Capture all relevant information during customer interactions and register them in CRM tools
  • Handle customers’ incoming requests, provide necessary support and provide proposals based on customer specified information (owning the full sales-cycle) OR route the request to Field sales (depending on campaign and/or business rules, qualifying the request and providing well defined interests)
  • Identify sales opportunities with new and existing customers through different channels (phone, email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.)
  • Daily use Virtual Sales tools (e.g. High Velocity Sales tool, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Virtual Demo, Showpad etc.) wherever applicable.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets
  • Conduct about 30 touchpoints with customers on a daily basis
  • Understand and fulfill all regulations of the internal policies of the company

 

Qualifications / Requirements

•       Bachelors Degree and/or 2+ years of previous inside sales/commercial experience

•       Previous customer relationship management and out-bound call experience

•       Effective and professional verbal and written communication – both with internal and external customers

•       Native / close-to-native language skill for target market

•       Expert-level English language capability

•       Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate simple messages

•       Ability to work in a team or individually if required, and remotely

•       Proficient end-user IT skills including MS Office and Outlook
