Job description

Our partner is a leading oil and gas corporation committed to delivering excellence in Global Finances. As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team.


As a key point of contact between customers and terminals, you will be responsible for supporting pick-up customers and drivers, resolving loading or supply-related issues, and ensuring seamless communication and support.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main interface for customer and driver inquiries via phone and email
  • Address and resolve loading authorization issues or escalate as necessary
  • Communicate supply shortages or disruptions, and assist in managing volume reallocations
  • Validate and process requests for additional volumes
  • Update and adjust credit enforcement information as instructed
  • Monitor Master Data integration issues between SAP and TABS, and escalate as needed
  • Generate reports and conduct data analysis for continuous process improvement
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls during operational execution

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
  • 0–3 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome)
  • Fluent in French (written and spoken)
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong numerical and data handling skills
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts (morning, regular, evening)
  • Willingness to work on-call on weekends and nights (occasionally)
