Job description

Are you a detail-driven professional with a passion for optimizing business processes and supporting innovative solutions? We’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our EMEA team and play a key role in shaping the future of our partner's services across the region.


What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to assess and qualify new business opportunities
  • Validate project scopes and ensure readiness before contract execution
  • Guide partners through onboarding and provide first-line support for cloud-based services
  • Track and report on offer performance and renewal opportunities
  • Ensure profitability and quality in proposal materials
  • Evaluate partner enrollment requests and maintain offer integrity


What You Bring:

  • A degree in Business or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in program coordination, sales support, or account management
  • Strong communication skills in English (French or German is a plus!)
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive mindset and sharp attention to detail
