Are you passionate about process optimization and business transformation?

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and self-motivated Junior Process Management Specialist with ARIS experience to support our partners in enhancing their process management capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the ARIS platform, handling its day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth user experience
• Design and maintain comprehensive process models in line with organizational standards
• Work closely with departments across the business to refine and document workflows
• Facilitate onboarding sessions and conduct user training on process management tools
• Leverage process mining techniques to uncover inefficiencies or compliance risks
• Maintain model integrity and governance within the central process repository
• Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors to resolve technical issues and drive enhancements

Requirements:

• A degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience
• At least 2 years of working experience with ARIS or similar BPM platforms
• Solid understanding of process modeling frameworks such as BPMN or EPC
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Familiarity with process analysis and mining tools
• Exposure to ERP environments, especially SAP, is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset and independent working style
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
