We’re looking for someone who’s not just good with numbers, but curious about what drives fair and competitive pay. In this role, you’ll help shape how we recognize and reward talent across the organization — with a sharp eye on market trends, internal equity, and innovative thinking.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with stakeholders to understand roles and structures across the business
- Reviewing and analyzing position profiles to support job leveling decisions
- Translating market data into smart pay recommendations
- Spotting trends in compensation and offering insights to keep our packages competitive and fair
- Supporting digital transformation in reward processes
- Reviewing and refining existing reward policies to make them even better
- Playing an active role in making our reward operations smoother, smarter, and more strategic
What we expect from you:
- Proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written)
- Solid understanding of compensation principles, job structures, and benchmarking practices
- Confidence in working with Excel and HR systems (e.g., Workday)
- Great communication skills – you're comfortable explaining complex topics clearly
- Experience in a multinational or HR-related environment is a plus
