About the Role

We are seeking a Polish-speaking Customer Care Representative to join our sales support team based in Budapest. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with Account Managers to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of our products and services to a network of distributors and resellers. Your mission: to foster lasting customer relationships and help achieve our ambitious sales goals.

You’ll be the first point of contact for a designated group of clients, handling inquiries, processing quotations and orders, and solving potential delivery or product issues—always with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.


Your Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers via email and phone
  • Manage the complete order process, from quotation to delivery
  • Proactively propose alternatives in case of stock shortages
  • Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Support sales actions and follow up on aftersales and payment obligations
  • Collaborate closely with logistics and printing departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify customer behavior trends and provide input to improve processes and services


Your Profile

  • Native-level Polish and fluent English (both written and spoken)
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Service- and sales-oriented mindset with a “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with SAP and/or Salesforce is a plus
  • Flexible, accurate, and commercially minded
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Open to starting immediately is an advantage
