Are you a strategic thinker with deep treasury and banking expertise? Would you like to shape and optimize global cash and banking processes at a senior level? If so, this unique opportunity might be for you.

We are looking for a highly experienced professional to take on a global process ownership role in the design and development of cash and banking processes. This is a position with a strong focus on process transformation and stakeholder collaboration across multiple regions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Global Process Manager for cash and banking processes.
  • Design, develop, and optimize existing processes across multiple global locations (e.g., UK, India).
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, especially in finance, procurement, and customer-facing functions.
  • Lead large-scale projects and drive global process improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with external banking partners and internal international teams – a comprehensive understanding of the entire cash management ecosystem is essential.
  • Support the implementation of S/4HANA (a plus, but not a requirement).
  • Hold a strategic advisory role with one direct report, embedded within a global team.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in treasury / cash&banking

Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in:

  • Cash and banking operations
  • Treasury management
  • Global process design and ownership
  • Strategic project management
  • Strong leadership skills and proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to see the big picture and lead change across complex organizations.
