Our banking partner with an international background is seeking an experienced colleague for the Relationship Manager position. The role involves joining a small team, focused on corporate clients, particularly large enterprises. The new team member will handle relationship management and client servicing for the existing portfolio of large corporate clients while also taking on tasks related to acquiring new business opportunities.
Key requirements include comprehensive experience in corporate lending and handling high-value transactions, as well as fluency in English. This is essential as the team collaborates directly with international colleagues.
What tasks can the prospective team member expect?
- Proactively identify and secure new clients for the bank while driving initiatives to uncover new business opportunities.
- Foster and maintain strong, active relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Oversee the complete loan process, including onboarding clients, managing internal credit applications, executing transactions, and handling post-lending activities.
- Ensure efficient management and growth of accounts and deposits for key corporate clients.
- Initiate and facilitate the delivery of various financial solutions, such as bank guarantees, treasury products, and bond issuances.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the department to support its overall goals.
What is required to fill the position:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree (Finance, Accounting, or Economics).
- At least 10 years of banking experience, specifically in corporate client relations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Proven multitasking and project management skills.
- Effective teamwork and collaboration across departments.
- Fluent in English and Hungarian.
