We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Indirect Buyer for our multinational partner, specializing in innovative and sustainable packaging solutions. This role is responsible for managing indirect procurement processes, including supplier negotiations, purchase order issuance, and vendor master data management, while actively contributing to the execution of procurement strategies and savings initiatives.

Responsibilities:

-Process purchase requests and convert them into purchase orders

-Request quotes from suppliers, evaluate offers, and finalize the best offer for PO issuance

-Negotiate with local suppliers

-Address invoice discrepancies and price mismatches

-Execute the Indirect Procurement strategy

-Manage vendor master data, focusing on reducing tail-end vendors and rationalizing the supplier base

Requirements:

-Fluency in English and Dutch.

-minimum 2+ years of work experience in relevant field
