About the Role:

As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our daily AP operations for our partner's entities. Your expertise will ensure smooth transitions, efficient processes, and impeccable service delivery. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our financial operations and maintaining robust control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the transition of accounting processes from European entities to Hungary.
• Manage daily operations including invoice receipt, verification, and processing.
• Oversee outgoing payments, reclaims, corrections, and expense claims.
• Handle internal and external queries with professionalism.
• Maintain and update master data and ensure timely AP closing activities.
• Contribute to AP reporting and identify areas for process improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong professional relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3-5 years in finance operations, with a strong understanding of the procure-to-pay process.
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP FI Module, excellent communication, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with a “can-do” attitude.
