Your tasks will be as a French speaking Team Lead:

• People management tasks, including coordinating an 8-member team
• Conducting one-on-one meetings
• Tracking KPIs
• Managing escalations
• Participate in sales calls and provide support to team members
• Work with reports, perform data analysis
• Manage day-to-day customer service activities
